Keegan Precast Ltd part of the Keegan Group have been specialising in the design, manufacture and installation of high quality precast products for over a decade. Our plant located in Trammon, Rathmolyon, Co. Meath, Ireland is a fully automated state of the art manufacturing facility as a result of continued investment in plant and machinery.
Manufacture
We manufacture and supply precast concrete walls and slabs for the Republic of Ireland and United Kingdom markets. The twin wall and filigree floor slab we produce has proven its worth over decades of years of construction and development and we use the most up to date computer aided design and CAD CAM factory facility available to manufacture these elements.
Range of Products
Our range of precast products include precast twin walls, precast push walls, precast retaining walls, precast KC walls, precast beam walls, precast insulated walls, precast Omnia (filigree) floor slabs, precast Cobiax floor slabs and precast stairs and landings. When combined, the Keegan Precast Walls and Floor System provides a solid, durable and highly polished monolithic structure.
Facilities
We have our own highly experienced in-house design team and drawing office to produce the models the factory needs to operate and cast the precast elements we require. We also have our own quarry adjacent to the production facility producing all our own aggregate for the concrete we use. All products are subject to rigorous quality checks. We have been awarded certification from BSI for all our blocks and precast products to carry CE marking. This supplements EN206 certification for the batched concrete and ISO9001 certification for all processes related to the production of the precast.
