Construction contract:
To provide the insulated precast shell and core to the full build.
Function/role of Firm in delivery of project:
We provided a full design/coordination/detailing service for the precast elements from receipt of the Architects and Engineers drawings. Once this was done and approved by the Client we then manufactured the elements in our carousel factory and delivered them to site, placed and filled al the units and supervised the on site construction with our own fitting crews.
Proportion of Project undertaken:
All of the insulated external walling with the internal division walls between the apartments and the stairs and lift core.
