To provide the insulated precast shell and core to the full build.
Function/role of Firm in delivery of project:
We provided a full design/coordination/detailing service for the precast elements from receipt of the Architects and Engineers drawings. Once this was done and approved by the Client we then manufactured the elements in our carousel factory and delivered them to site.
Proportion of Project undertaken:
All of the insulated external walling with the internal division walls between the rooms and the stairs and lift core.
